A Magical Night: The 2014 Spirit of Christmas Concert at the Co-Cathedral of St. Joseph! Futures In Education hosted its third annual Spirit of Christmas Concert on December 18 at the Co-Cathedral of St. Joseph in downtown Brooklyn. The benefit Futures In Education’s Be an Angel to a Student scholarship program. The evening’s performers included the Ghostlight Chorus, Stephanie Hanvey, James Barbour and Debbie Gibson, who entertained the crowd with both energetic, spirited holiday hits and traditional melodies. The nearly 1,600 guests who filled the Co-Cathedral, which was decked to the halls in full Christmas regalia, sang along with the performers, spreading Christmas cheer. The event ended with the glow of over 1,000 candles illuminating the darkened Co-Cathedral, as the crowd sang along to “Silent Night.” source: Futures In Education.
