"Tradition, The Jewish Legacy of Broadway"


The Actors Fund presents a very special MUSICAL MONDAY with Michael Childers Presents: " TRADITION, THE JEWISH LEGACY OF BROADWAY" tonight, November 17, 2014.

The event took place at the Pantages Theatre in Hollywood, CA and featured performers including Hal Linden, James Barbour, Millicent Martin, Freda Payne, Sharon McKnight, Peter Marshall, Nicole Ari Parker, Barry Pearl, Nita Whitaker and musical director John McDaniel performing songs from "Fiddler On The Roof," "Funny Girl," "La Cage Aux Folles," "Jekyll & Hyde," "Sweet Charity," "Side By Side By Sondheim," "Rags," "The Rothschilds," and many more take you on a musical journey through the tradition of the American musical theatre - a celebration of the great Jewish composers, lyricists, and performers who graced the stages of Broadway from the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
